Option 1    Basic Listing

Movestart will advertise your property for sale through our advertising network, including email4property, Globrix, nethouseprices, zoomf, mouseprice, homepackage, houseladder, home and more for a period of twelve months.

The homeowner will manage the property sale during this period, coordinating and conducting all viewings. There are further additional services available (see bottom of page) you may purchase to assist in the sale of your property.

You upload the description, photos and epc to our website.

We distribute your property details across our 'option 1' advertising network.

Step 3

Potential buyers will see your advert and contact us for more information.

We will pass on all enquiries about your property straight to you via email enabling you to coordinate and conduct the property viewings (assisted viewing can be added at an additional cost).

Step 4

Once a buyer has made an offer, which is accepted by you, both parties contact their solicitor to commence with the sale.

We can further assist with the sale by offering competitive quotes through our professional specialised partners for mortgage solutions, conveyancing, insurance and a home removal service.

Option 2   Premium Listing

£349 +vat

Including EPC, for sale board, floor plan, photographs and full property description.

For a one off low cost fee, Movestart will advertise your property for sale through our advertising network, including those in 'option 1' plus findaproperty, primelocation, tepilo, gumtree, globrix, propertynews*, propertypal* and many more for a period of twelve months. You will also receive a for sale board, floor plans and energy performance certificate (EPC).

MoveStart will manage the property sale during this period, with the homeowner coordinating and conducting all viewings. There are further additional services available (see bottom of page) you may purchase to assist in the sale of your propert.

Step 2

Once an instruction is made, a MoveStart representative will contact you to arrange a suitable time to visit your property. During the visit they will take photographs, create a floor plan and detailed description of your property.

Your home will be surveyed for your EPC.

A For Sale board will be erected.

We upload the description, photos, floor plans and epc to our website.

We distribute your property details across our 'option 2' advertising network.

Step 3

Potential buyers will see your advert and contact us for more information.

When a potential buyer expresses an interest in your property we will immediately contact you to coordinate the viewings, you will conduct your own property viewings (assisted viewing can be selected at an additional cost).

Step 4

We will let you know immediately in writing if an offers has been made by prospective buyers and negotiate on your behalf to obtain the best possible deal.

Once an offer for your property has been accepted, will see the sale through to exchange of contracts and completion.
