Landlords must be able to provide their tenants with an up to date Gas Safety record.

Movestart can provide you with a full gas inspection including the CP12 Landlord Gas Safety Certificate for as little as £75 +vat. (This would include your boiler and two other appliances for example, a cooker and fire).

We also offer landlords a full gas inspection which includes a boiler service and full report. Our comprehensive gas safety inspection includes an annual CP12 Gas Safety Certificate and the inspection and testing of up to three gas appliances for £125 +vat.

By law, landlords must have all gas appliances serviced regularly, normally once a year by a Gas Safe registered engineer. The Gas Safe registered engineer will provide a Gas Safety record upon completion of the check.
